Do I need a gun license?
You do not require a firearm license to visit the range. Under supervision you will be able to try the sport.
Do I need to be a member to shoot at the range?
- Non members may sight in at 100 yards & those with a membership application pending may shoot under supervision on the Full Bore Range at 300 yds at the discretion of our club captain.
- Small Bore Range (.22 LR with Sub Sonic ammunition only) is open to non-members with a membership application pending including juniors aged 12+
- We welcome any VRA members to shoot on our ranges
Why are you only open Saturday?
The Club is licensed to only operate on a Saturday.
What calibres can I use?
Maximum of 8mm (.315)
